You are very important to us and to make your shopping experience the best we can we offer a simple return policy.
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive from us, contact our customer service by clicking here within 14 days from the receipt of the item. We will then email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with instructions on how and where to ship the item back. During the Christmas holiday season purchases made between Thanksgiving day and Christmas day we extend the return time to 14 days after Christmas.
Upon return and receipt of the product (in returnable condition as stated in this policy), we will exchange or refund the item at your request, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling or restocking fees that may apply. If your exchanging an item due to wrong size we will do a one time free shipping back to you for the item, you will still be responsible for shipping costs back to us.
Items returned received by customer with free shipping will be refunded less appropriate adjustments for our actual shipping costs and/or handling along with any restocking fees that may apply. All products must be returned prepaid in original new condition, in the original box and with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc. as to insure full credit (less shipping or restocking fee).
NOTE: We advise that when shipping product back to us, customers should choose the same shipping method as how the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value, due to the return must arrive back to us as in the same condition as we shipped out.
Returned units must be as new, in a resalable condition, not modified or damaged along being returned prepaid by the customer to the stated address furnished with our RMA given.
